If Something Went Wrong
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please email us at info@thewhipbar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

We stand behind our formulations. If your butter doesn't perform the way you hoped, book a complimentary 15-minute follow-up consultation. We'll identify what to adjust and save an updated formula to your account for your next order.
