Processing Time

Every formula is whipped to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Signature Whips ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Estimated delivery after processing: 2–5 business days depending on location.

Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Heat Advisory

Shea butter melts at approximately 90°F. During warmer months (May–September), we include insulated packaging. Store your butter in a cool, dry place upon arrival. If your butter arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then re-whip with a fork — it will be fine.
