How to Turn Body Care Into a 5-Minute Daily Ritual
The jar is on your vanity. Here is how to make using it feel like the best part of your day.

There is a difference between applying lotion and doing a ritual. One is maintenance. The other is medicine. Both take the same five minutes. The difference is intention.
Start with the warmth
Apply your butter right after a shower, while your skin is still slightly warm and damp. The warmth opens pores and allows the oils to absorb more deeply. Use a wooden spatula or the backs of your fingers to scoop — never dip wet hands directly into the jar.
Work from the ground up
Start with your feet. Then calves, knees, thighs. Move upward. This mirrors the direction of lymphatic flow and gives the butter time to absorb as you go. By the time you reach your arms and shoulders, your skin has already pulled in what it needs.
The 60-second rule
Do not rush the application. Give yourself 60 full seconds of slow, deliberate strokes. This is not about coverage — it is about presence. You are telling your body: you are worth this time. That is the ritual. That is what the jar is for.
Make it yours
Light something. Put on a song. Wear your favorite scent. The Whip Bar formulas are designed to be part of a moment, not a task. Build the moment around them.
